Josie got sick with a cold, and her fever came and went without a problem, but the stuffiness and congestion in her little baby passage ways is what has been so worrisome. After her not being able to breathe so well one night and mom being so paranoid that she didn't sleep we took Josie to the doctor. They told us she definitely had some wheezing and needed some x rays of her baby chest, we took her to get x rays and then they sent us to get an RSV test and do a suction treatment, which was very sad for Josie, and mom, but in the end was very good. Ever since she was suctioned she seems to be doing a lot better, now we just make sure we use plenty of saline to break up the snot for her. The doctor said that when babies are sick and are congested it would be like us trying to breathe through peanut butter. Anyway she seems to be doing a lot better but these last few days I was very tired, last night I got a full nights sleep and it felt great!! Even better though is that Josie was able to get a full nights sleep too! Josie is a trooper, she was always very nice and gave every nurse and doctor her sweet little smile and they would all say if this is how good she is when she isn't doing so well what is she like normally, and I said almost perfect and I wasn't lying! Well I will finish with the bragging because she really isn't perfect she is 5 months old yesterday and still will not roll over, I know she is strong enough, but she doesn't want to. And when we do tummy time she just lays her head down and looks at me, more than half the time. She thinks its comfortable. She is a sweet girl, I think she is too laid back to care about tummy time. I didn't do anything for New Years, except hold Josie all night, and Joe has been very busy trying to get pelgrants and school taken care of. He also has been applying for a promotion and this has been taking a lot of time, updating the resume, and interviews, etc. But here is to a good New year.

Joe's cousin drew this for us, I really like it!
