Weekly Happenings

Yesterday Joe and I went to my little nephews T-ball game. They are pretty darn cute. I don't think that the kids have too much of an idea about what they are doing, but they sure look like they are having fun. A few of the kids actually have pretty good arms on 'em and they can hit that ball pretty good too. McCoy is a natural when it comes to throwing, he is pretty darn cute. While we were at the game, we were holding McCoys little sister, Gabby, she is probably one of the cutest babies I have ever seen, literally. Not just because she is my niece, she is just adorable! She has got the biggest eyes I have ever seen and the biggest smile, she opens her mouth as wide as she can when she smiles! While we were playing with her, I kept thinking about how little our Josie will be, and how cute she will be. She will be here in just a little over 2 months, that is so crazy! She moves a lot and I can always feel her at night, and in the morning at around 6:00 a.m. I am really good at sleeping through it, so it doesn't keep me up, but some mornings I just can't sleep through it because I am so excited about her and just imagine what she is doing. The other day I seriously think that she must have been dreaming (yes they can dream this early) and startled herself because it was such a sudden jolt and so strong that I yelped out with an "owwwwie" and grabbed my belly. It was a really strong kick. Sorry to those who are tired of hearing about my baby, but what else more exciting is going on in my life right now, nothing really. I did start working at Gunnies just a few afternoon shifts every week. Joe and I work two of our shifts together, and we like it, even though when were at work we don't really see much of each other, but we go to lunch together and come and say hi every once in a while, and sometimes we steal kisses in the hallway. Joe is such a sweety, he is really calm and chill when I get all hormonal on him. Thank goodness he see's that sometimes I am just a little crazy from all the changes and takes it in stride. Today I think I will get the bedding for the crib, and we are going to put it up, I am super excited about it, once the crib is up I think I will feel much more prepared, as silly as it sounds, but I feel better knowing that we atleast have a place for our little Josie.
