Moving.

Looks like were buying a house, we found a house in South Springville. After making three offers, getting turned down for one, and then retracting another offer, we have finally found a house that we truly feel good about. The backyard is great, and fenced and has a swingset, a nice one, also there is a deck. Carpets need replaced and walls need washed, touched up, but the house is in good condition and the kitchen has a bar, I have always said I needed a bar in the kitchen for 2 reasons, makes for great counter space, and you can feed your children and cook without having to look over your shoulder to keep an eye on them. I am excited about the new unknown, and meeting new people. But I am terribly sad to be leaving the ward and neighborhood that I have come to enjoy so so much. My ward is great and I have great friends, who I am going to miss like crazy. But I know we can't stay in our tiny rental forever and this house seemed like it was put on the market just for us. Everything from the price to the location is perfect, Joe will now be working out of Spanish Fork, it just couldn't be a better situation for us. Hopefully inspections all go well and the closing runs smoothly, the closing date for the house is May 6th. We will probably move in that week. What a sad and exciting few weeks we have to look forward to.
